The terms on which we sell through this website.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it, which we do after checking stock. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you to substitute it or refund that line.
Prices
Prices are in Armenian drams and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and depend on the destination and the weather. We will tell you promptly if a delivery cannot be made as planned.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods matching their description and being fit for their stated purpose. We are not responsible for the results of installation work carried out by others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed.
