Delivery and payment
How your order reaches you, and how you can pay for it.
Delivery
Orders in Yerevan are delivered within 1–2 working days, and to the regions within 2–4 working days. Delivery is free on orders over 50,000 AMD; below that it is 2,000 AMD in Yerevan and 5,000 AMD to the regions. Bulk materials delivered by tipper truck are quoted separately, since the price depends on volume and distance.
Payment
You can pay by Idram, by bank card through the bank's secure page, or in cash to the courier on delivery. Registered businesses can also settle by bank transfer — contact us for an invoice.
Returns
Unopened goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order and cut-to-length items are excluded. Anything that arrives damaged or is not what you ordered we replace or refund in full, at our cost.
